Received a call from Dave Marinkovich, board president at Cedar Crest, and he is requesting for the following to be completed as soon as possible: Dave, the board president, is requesting Board Member access, as he is currently only seeing Property Owner access. He has also requested that the same access be granted to the other two board members, Edie and Georgia. He said it should be updated to 619 851-9138.

The previous owner of Unit 9, 5510 Adelaide Ave, Zhigin Lu, with the phone number 858-345-0983, is still receiving broadcast messages, even though the Foundation account now reflects the new owner's information.

Broadcast was created for property owners of Amherst Estates but the broadcast was not sent out (verified by Sendgrid). We recently had a bug fix that was to verify broadcasts sent to property owners with approval turned on but this did not work.

For invoices marked with an approval requirement in the Billpay system, the invoice should stop in the "Pending Board" bucket and await for approval from the user "Board member". Once the approval limit is met, the invoice is then pushed into "Pending Payment" and into Caliber. Currently, the invoice skips this step
