Remove the intercom chat widget and add Freshchat widget to website

Please add tenants as an option to send broadcast messages to. This would add a dropdown to the "New Broadcast" feature which would allow us to send a message to the tenant, property owner or both.

When work orders are sent out via email, the notes are displayed in a difficult to read format (see image). These come from the cards on the project management page and should be a time stamped, spaced and easy to read with links/images to any photos documents that are attached
